The Dirties Scrapping Trolley is a smaller and more portable version of the dirties clearing station. The trolley is built around a stainless steel tubework frame mounted on 5” peg fitting castors. The stainless steel top comes complete with 3 x 1/3 x 100 deep gastronorm vessels for knives, forks and spoons and a 2/3 x 150 deep gastronorm vessel for waste. Complete with a base shelf for tray storage.
